 The Costa Calida is situated between the regions of Costa Almeria and the Costa Blanca, offers 253 kms of unspoilt coastline, an average of 315 days sunshine per year, and an average annual temperature of 21 degrees.
Torre Pacheco is a munipalicity situated southeast of the region of Murcia. A few kilometres inland from the Mar Menor, Torre Pacheco is a town of 24,300 inhibitants. It is a tourist centre but also an agricultural town whose importance has increased with a huge  hydraulic scheme that pumps water into the surrounding area via the Tajo and Segura rivers.
The Madrid-Cartagena railway line passes through Torre Pacheco and there is a train station in the town.
San Javier airport is 11km away. Torrepacheco Golf Club is just outside the town.
